With the stable wall mounted pull up bar, you can perfectly define your back and shoulder muscles. The assembly is easy and done in a short time thanks to the well thought-out construction. Three pairs of grips ensure fun and variety during your workout.
Versatile training options
Five different handles offer numerous options for a varied workout. The large distance to the wall of 70 centimetres enables a comfortable workout. All handles are equipped with rubber coatings that reliably prevent slipping even during sweaty workouts.
Compact design
The wall mounted pull up bar also impresses with its compact design. Welded seams have been replaced by screws in many places so that the pull-up bar can be perfectly disassembled and transported.
Optimal training conditions with a compact training device
The robust hook opens up numerous options. Attach a punching bag or a punching ball. Use TRX bands and elastic bands to intensify your workout. The more varied your workout, the more harmoniously the muscles are built up. The special clamp enables a safe and comfortable attachment of the training accessories. However, you can easily remove the clamp at any time. This prevents you from injuring yourself during training. This may be a small element but the attention to detail is what makes our products stand out from the rest.

This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.
Maintenance and care:
Check all parts for damage and tight fit before each use. If necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe with clean water and allow to dry completely before use.
