To secure the weight, insert the special lock and screw it until it meets the load. This way, you can perform even very dynamic exercises without worrying about the plate slipping off the dumbbell bar, posing a danger.
Perfect grip
The grip part, has been protected against hand slippage by precise knurling - this significantly increases friction and ensures a firm grip. The griffin is a steel cast. It’s made of the highest quality polish hardened steel, which has been protected by chromium plating ensuring durability for years. Ideally suited for both K-SPORT and other brands of weights with diameters corresponding to the diameter of the dumbbell bar.
