You can’t upgrade your Swedish ladder to a multifunctional training device faster: Simply place the pull-up bar on the ladder and you’re good to go. Five pairs of grips offer many options for an intense workout targeting the abdominal, back, and arm muscles. With this pull-up bar, you specifically strengthen certain muscle groups and promote overall balanced muscle development. Training on the bar activates and intensifies several abdominal muscle groups at the same time.
