Bench And Weight Set
A weight bench, is part of the basic equipment for your strength training. Enhance your home gym with this bench and weight set. The high-quality set includes many features: a multi-flat bench with barbell stand and dip station as well as, different dumbell bars and weights.
Weight Bench Set
The bench and weight set is a combination of a kssl110 bench, a set of weights and a set of barbells. The adjustable equipment will ensure that you can not only adjust the position in which you perform the exercise but also the additional components of the set will allow you to more easily adapt your workout to your individual needs.

Easily adaptable
The main use of the equipment is to provide adequate safety when barbell pressing. This is done by two red adjustable arms, and two belaying bent thick plates, welded to the structure. The red locking mechanism prevents the rack from being accidentally dislodged, which could pose a safety risk.
Compact design
The equipment is ideal for home use, thanks to its ability to fold the backrest down 90 degrees. This allows it to take up over two times less space in just seconds. A metal lock then secures the unit against unwanted unfolding.
Dip station
The arms of the bench have been fitted with special handles for performing swedish push-ups and dips, so you can effectively punch your muscle after a barbell press for even better results from your exercises.
Three levels of adjustment
The KSSL110 bench gives you the ability to bench press at three different angles: 7 degrees, 0 degrees - horizontal, and -18 degrees. The 7 degree angle setting will be ideal if you want to strengthen your lower chest muscles. The -18-degree position is ideal if you want to train your shoulders, and higher chest areas.
Barbells
A barbell is something that is hard to imagine a gym without - professional or home. For the perfect set, we equip it with a versatile set of barbells.
Weights
A set of K-SPORT weights, of various sizes, will make it easier for you to match the intensity of your training and the type of individual exercises to your fitness and individual predisposition.
