Assembling them is a breeze; the perfectly fitting pieces simply snap together and stay securely in place. To perfectly finish the outer edges, there are enough edge pieces included in the package.

The gym flooring can be placed under equipment to protect the floor itself or used to improve comfort while working out on the floor.
