Safe Training
Safety first: The most important feature of this weight bench is the secure rack for the barbell during presses. This is achieved with two height-adjustable J-hooks and two welded safety hooks. The red safety pin ensures the height is locked in place.
Versatile Workout
Maximum variety: The height-adjustable racks are equipped with rubberised dip handles, allowing you to diversify your training. With three adjustable angles (7 degrees, 0 degrees/horizontal, -18 degrees), you can effectively target different muscle groups. The 7-degree incline is ideal for full chest training, while the -18 degree decline is perfect for simultaneously working the arms and upper chest.

Use:
This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.
Maintenance and care:
Check all parts for damage and tight fit before each use. If necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe with clean water and allow to dry completely before use.
Disposal:
This appliance should NOT be disposed of with household waste. For proper disposal, please contact the public collection points in your community.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL:
Step 2Place both feet firmly on the floor, with a slight arch in your lower back.
Step 3Retract your shoulder blades, raising your chest.
Step 4Hold the barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width and lift it from the rack.
Step 2Lower it slowly and controlled by pushing your elbows outwards.
Step 3Lower the weight down to your chest.
Step 4Press the barbell back up in a straight line.
