Versatile pull-up bar
Maximum versatility: With this training device, you can enjoy the wall bars including a training bench, pull-up bar and dip station as well as special hooks for fitness accessories. The wall bars serve as a base for mounting the pull-up bar, which enables professional back, shoulder and abdominal training. Thanks to a distance of 60 centimetres between the main bar and the wall bars, the pull-up bar offers optimal training comfort.
Comfortable handles
The rubberised handles of the pull-up bar can be used for different types of exercises - the widest handles have a distance of 110 cm, the middle ones of 60 cm and the narrow ones of 20 cm. This allows you to train different muscle groups.
Bars for dips and abdominal exercises
The bar is attached to the wall bars with solid welded hooks and has adjustable handles (extendable up to 16 centimetres) with a comfortable padded backrest.
Quick modification
Dips, leg stretches and other exercises strengthen the triceps and abdominal muscles with this swedish ladder wall set. The conversion from pull-up bar to dip station is simple and can be done easily during the workout.
With incline bench
The included incline bench expands the training possibilities considerably. You can attach the bench to each rung and train the abdominal and chest muscles. For example, use the bench for dumbbell presses with the upper body lowered. A thick, elastic foam padding and the robust, easy-care surface offer maximum comfort.
Ideal multifunctional training device for demanding workouts
The chin-up bar is also equipped with a clamping hook to which you can hang a punching bag, for example, to make your workout challenging and varied without neglecting the fun.
Matching floor protection mats
The gym floor protection mats offer you optimal support during your workout and protect your floor and fitness equipment from annoying slipping and unnecessary noise.
