Multifunctional Cable Pull for Wall Mounting
The modern wall-mounted cable pull tower offers versatile training options in minimal space. You can perform various exercises with the upper cable pull to build more muscle mass. The set comes with a 100-centimetre bar. Curved end pieces and rubber-coated handles provide optimal ergonomic conditions: during training, the wrists are maximally protected, and hand slipping is prevented. The rubber buffer protects the bar from impact against the metal and prevents it from skipping over the rollers when released suddenly.
Flexible Intensity
Plastic sleeves on the cable pull ensure smooth operation and make your training as safe as it is comfortable. You can increase the intensity of your workout by adjusting the weights. The bar is 50 centimetres long in total (25 centimetres per side) and, thanks to its diameter of 21.3 millimetres, is universally compatible with all standard weights.

This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.
Maintenance and care:
Check all parts for damage and tight fit before each use. If necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe with clean water and allow to dry completely before use.

DIFFICULTY:
P2Stand in front of the cable machine.
P3Grab the bar or tricep rope with both hands and lean slightly forward, paying special attention to the arm position. Even though the upper body is leaning forward, keep the arms perpendicular.
A2Lower the grip back to its starting position in a controlled manner while inhaling.
A3Repeat the exercise.
