DIFFICULTY:

P2Grab the lat bar with an overhand grip and take a big step back.
P3Bend your knees, slightly lean your upper body backward, and maintain a slight arch in your lower back.

A2Ensure the power comes from your back rather than primarily from your arms.
A3Hold the contraction for a brief moment.
A4Release the tension and slowly and controlledly guide the bar back towards the cable machine. Keep your back straight throughout the entire movement.
