Usage:
This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, incorrect and/or unplanned training can cause damage to health! Always start the training sessions with a low load and increase it evenly and gently during the training. You should warm up sufficiently before training.

DIFFICULTY:

P2Grasp the bar slightly wider than your shoulders.
P3Take the barbell from the rack and position it on your shoulder muscles from the front. Elbows should be lowered, and triceps perpendicular to the ground.

A2Lift the barbell in a straight line close to your body. Once the barbell is past your head, move your head forward again. Breathe in during this phase.
A3Lower the barbell back to the starting position. Keep your legs shoulder-width apart and fully extended throughout the exercise.
